My son has terrible allergies, so I use a dehumidifier in his room (and the basement) every night. I heard it gets rid of mold. It seems to help him!

Everyone in my house has allergies. They get worse in the summer, but we suffer pretty much year-round. I have to be very careful about dust in the house. I make sure to wash our sheets at least once a week, and I use special allergy pillowcases, which actually make a big difference.

I use the Dyson Hepa Animal/dust vacuum cleaner by Dyson. Absolutely the most reliable way to remove allergans and dust mite "dirt" from the home. In one passing the vacuum collects 2 inches of dust from my home. Albeit I live in a large city it removes home pollution better than anything else.

I get severe sinus infections. However, I have not needed to go to the doctor for it since 1999. I take acedolpholis for it almost every day. I still know when I'm having one, but I do not get the headaches, the fever, and all of the other symptoms. I used to have to plan my summer around if/when my medicine would kick in, and now I can live like a normal person without allergies!
