I suffer from severe allergies, in addition to asthma, year round. One of my "best" allergy and asthma tips is to bathe or shower before bed each night. I can not describe the difference "rinsing away" the allergens has made for me. I notice the difference each night by how well I sleep as well as in the morning by how well I feel over all. When I do not take a shower or bath just before bed, I do not sleep nearly as well and I will wake up feeling fatigued, achy and with a headache.

We use anti-oxidants to help our family members who suffer from allergies and asthma. Our oldest daughter no longer has to use her inhaler and my husband has been allergy free all season!!! We had been looking for natural alternatives for asthma and allergies and my husband, who is a physician, found out about this great anti-oxidant. Amazing!!!

My husband has lots of allergies but the only time they seem to "flare up" in OUR house is when the filters need changing or we move furniture. I am constantly dusting and vacuuming (because I think it's gross) but other than that we don't do much. We have a small dog and she doesn't bother him.

My husband is mostly bothered in other people's homes. I don't know if it's because he is not allergic to our house or what?

Can you develop allergies as an adult? Here lately I feel like I'm always "gunky" or something

Lisa,

I'm pretty sure you can develop allergies as an adult. You can also have allergies and grow out of them. I definitely think some areas can be worse for allergies than others, depending what it is you're allergic to. I have seasonal allergies, and they are always different based on the day or where I am. So it's possible you developed something, or are only allergic to something that's now in your area and wasn't before!

I used (just last year) to have to take multiple prescripotions & OTC as well as daily shots. All of that just to be somewhat functional!! Then a friend had me try a shot of a super nutrient drink called Original Limu. Within an hour I could actualy feel the allergy symptions draining from my head. I started drinking November 3, 2007 and have not had a single allergy med since! This stuff has been amazing.

Check it out for yourself www.easylimu.com
