My most vital can not live without it beauty product isnt one for my outer skin (even though I have a whole slew of them!) Its what I put INSIDE FOR the Outside, lots of water, high antioxidant diet and I take beauty supplments like Vit C, Vit E, CLA, Fishoil, COLLAGEN and BIOTIN every night.
