Jenny Craig’s newest Jenny-Set-Go
There are some people who can leap into a pool, while others need to inch into the water a little at a time. When it comes to losing weight, I fall into the latter group. Juggling all the elements of a weight loss regimen - maintaining a clear workout regiment, preparing healthy meals, and always staying motivated - sometimes leaves me feeling overwhelmed and in need the proper encouragement to keep going.
Enter Jenny Craig's newest program Jenny-Set-Go. Jenny-Set-Go offers a 28-day program to help you ease into a slim and healthy lifestyle by making things fun and easy. The program employs a number of creative tools, including a deck of 28 cards with personalized workouts and healthy recipes to help you stay on track with your weight loss goals.
They also have iTunes playlists to pump you up during your workout – something a music junkie like myself will particularly appreciate. Jenny Craig also provides a daily meal plan consisting of breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and dessert. The plan starts at $30 plus the cost of food which ranges from $12-$18 per day (based on individual person’s menu preferences and calorie intake).
In the spirit of promoting health and wellness, Mom Central is offering our readers the chance to win one gift certificate for Jenny-Set-Go and a one month supply of food (all valued at over $500).
To enter, leave a comment below by Wednesday, June 13 and tell us your favorite motivational tip. No matter what happens you will be left with a bunch of good words of wisdom to keep you going through the summer - let the weight loss games begin!

Make working out fun. PLAY!
Make working out fun. PLAY! It doesn't have to be a WORK out. Run around with your kids at the park or beach, go swimming with them, play games. The more fun it is the more you want to do it. And quality time with your family is NEVER a bad thing.

Remember if you go two steps forward, then receive a one step back setback, you are still ahead!
I always remember being told
I always remember being told to keep trying no matter what. As long as you try, you have no ever failed. I also like to think I can do anything I put my mind to. If there is something I want bad enough I can achieve it! Weight is something I have always struggled with, and I just keep trying. My schedule makes it hard to exercise and eat right, but I do try my best. I am sure my main problem is I am not eating at the right times or the right foods. I always make sure the kiddos eat right, but I am so busy dealing with them and their therapies, dr appts, and school things I forget about myself, which is ok to me, but I seem to be gaining weight instead of losing... Hoping that when I move into my new house with my elliptical I get the time to exercise.

I am cureently trying to lose
I am cureently trying to lose weight and my biggest help is a food journal. Since I tend to eat either out of boredom or mindlessly while reading or watching tv, having to write down everything I eat truly helps me to cut back on all the snacking I do,
Since I've lost and gained
Since I've lost and gained the same 30 lbs about 3x in my life, one of the best motivators is knowing I've done it before so I can do it again.
Now that I work from home w/ an active 2 year old it's a little harder to fit in a workout. But I'm determined to change my lifestyle so I can lose 10 pounds in the next 2 months - before I turn 39.
Oh boy! I so would love to
Oh boy! I so would love to win this! My high school 20 year reunion is coming up this summer and I would love to look and feel great! My best tip is to find a workout partner. It could be your neighbor or (in my case my 14 yr old daughter) anyone who can help hold you accountable. Good luck to everyone, fingers and toes crossed!!

I always keep a pair of jeans
I always keep a pair of jeans that I love and if they start to feel too snug or I feel like I can't breathe after eating, I know it is time to cut back the calories and exercise just a little harder. I do not have scales and even if I did, I would not weigh myself every day. That I found made me more anxious and depressed. I felt like I was a terrible person if I had gained one pound. So, now, I use the jeans as my barometer. As long as they fit right and I have breathing room, I don't worry about it. And when it does, I just reign it in until they fit again. I really don't need to know the numbers. The jeans tell me all I need to know.

I always eat a good
I always eat a good breakfast--either fruit & toast..oatmeal or cold cereal..yogurt & toast..etc. Sometimes I make eggs .. I love omelets & fried eggs over easy with non-stick cooking spray of course. I also drink lots of water & try to eat protein filled snacks or fruit in between meals.
I eat breakfast as late as I
I eat breakfast as late as I can - 10 am is about perfect. That means I can wait & have my big meal about 2:00 pm in the afternoon so I am not really hungary later in the evening. But, if I am, I'll have something light, a salad, even a sandwich (turkey or ham thin sliced), something light not heavy. And everyday that I can, at least an hour of walking at a brisk pace. Works for me!
My biggest motivation is

My favorite motivational tip
My favorite motivational tip was something that a friend told me a few years ago! She said whatever weight you are feel good about yourself. You ARE someones goal weight right now! Wow. That was a great thought. Even though we may be over our goal weight, many people are struggling to loose a pound a week and would LOVE to look like us, no matter what WE look like now. So chubby butt or not, I am someones goal weight! :) I kinda love that!
