Jenny Craig’s newest Jenny-Set-Go
There are some people who can leap into a pool, while others need to inch into the water a little at a time. When it comes to losing weight, I fall into the latter group. Juggling all the elements of a weight loss regimen - maintaining a clear workout regiment, preparing healthy meals, and always staying motivated - sometimes leaves me feeling overwhelmed and in need the proper encouragement to keep going.
Enter Jenny Craig's newest program Jenny-Set-Go. Jenny-Set-Go offers a 28-day program to help you ease into a slim and healthy lifestyle by making things fun and easy. The program employs a number of creative tools, including a deck of 28 cards with personalized workouts and healthy recipes to help you stay on track with your weight loss goals.
They also have iTunes playlists to pump you up during your workout – something a music junkie like myself will particularly appreciate. Jenny Craig also provides a daily meal plan consisting of breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and dessert. The plan starts at $30 plus the cost of food which ranges from $12-$18 per day (based on individual person’s menu preferences and calorie intake).
In the spirit of promoting health and wellness, Mom Central is offering our readers the chance to win one gift certificate for Jenny-Set-Go and a one month supply of food (all valued at over $500).
To enter, leave a comment below by Wednesday, June 13 and tell us your favorite motivational tip. No matter what happens you will be left with a bunch of good words of wisdom to keep you going through the summer - let the weight loss games begin!
Please note, this giveaway is open to U.S. residents only. This giveway is now closed.
Congrats to our winner, Gena, and a big thanks to all who entered!

Drink lots of water each day
Drink lots of water each day and get those fruits and veggies in!
My tip: Start every morning
My tip: Start every morning as a brand new to you healthy lifestyle. No matter what you ate yesterday you can prove to yourself that you can do better today. Keep your fridge stocked with fruits & veggies you've already prepped & portioned so you can grab 'n go in an instant. Fill up a water pitcher every morning & fill your glass every time you pass thru the kitchen even if your glass is not empty. By the end of the day when you're sick of water try a lemon or orange slice in it with a sugar alternative you like. Keep your pantry shelves made up of ready made snacks & treats too that are
healthier choices & you've already done the work ahead of time. It's much easier to grab a baggie of treats than to dig out that bag of chips & have to close them back up. I'd like to try out the Jenny Craigh program & talk about it on my website. www.diabeticsnacker.com/

Honestly I don't really have a motivational tip. I just don't allow myself to get or stay big. I've had 2 kids gained 40 lbs with each and was able to drop all of it within the 1st 3 months. I enjoy working out and the feeling I get when I can wear something beautiful that fits me. I like eating healthy. It makes not only my body feel good by my mind as well.
My motivational tip is to pin
My motivational tip is to pin a picture of myself when I was 20 pounds lighter on the fridge. Makes me think twice about reaching for that extra piece of chocolate cheesecake!
I still believe in the daily
I still believe in the daily things that can increase your energylike taking the stairs at work, parking the furthest away, even shipping rope. Eat more meals per day but in smaller quantities, and I don't mean more trips to McDonalds

For me motivation begins with
For me motivation begins with music. Even if I play the radio as I workout it gets me going. Also picturing myself achieving my goal everyday even if it is for just 5-10 minutes. Whatever that goal maybe whether it be to lose weight or create a new piece of jewelry. To achieve it one must also stay very focused no matter what may happen in our lives.

I try to stay motivated each
I try to stay motivated each day with...my dogs. They need me to walk them and now I want to walk them. One step at a time!
My motivation to get in shape
My motivation to get in shape is the thought of having to put on a bathing suit and wear it in front of people I know.
I recommend finding a friend
I recommend finding a friend to meet you at the gym to walk or work out. It helps me because even if I don't feel like working out I don't want to leave my friend there to do it alone. So I go to "support her efforts"--haha! Sometimes that's easier than trying to motivate myself.
I stay motivated by trying to
I stay motivated by trying to focus less on food and more on fun! A swim in the pool, a game of tag with my kids, a walk with my husband are all 1,000 more fun than stuffing myself with food. I also focus on healthy foods that I love: blueberries, mangos, clementines, I could go on and on!
