Make Teacher Appreciation Gifts with Your Kids

Next week, May 7-11, marks National Teacher Appreciation Week. Recognize the educators who influence your kids on a daily basis, and take the time to thank your child’s teacher with a homemade present. A personal gift from you and your child will convey your gratitude, and you can have fun making it! Try one of these ideas or come up with your own way to show appreciation for the educators in your child’s life.

This is too cool, I remember

This is too cool, I remember smores from back when I went to camp!. As a teacher and a mom My favorite thing recently has been the iPad and my kids learning on the iPad in a simple way. Apps like Tap and learn for younger babies and toddlers seem to be very effective as to keeping their attention.

http://itunes.apple.com/app/baby-tap-learn/id520540178?mt=8 is the link if you want to see what I mean.
