William started cereal at 4 months and baby food at 6 months. I used mostly Earth's best. It is organic and they had better food combinations. I did make a few things.
Same here, 4 months on cereal and 6 months baby jar food. Well except Madelyn, I waited a little longer with her. She was closer to 6 months before I started her on anything.
Elijah I waited until 6 months on the dot and with Liliana I started at 5 months b.c. Jenn said it might help her sleep better at night (it didn't work by the way ) Then Liliana got sick with a cold so I stopped the cereal and went back to nursing all the time. Now at 7 months she gets one serving of food a day. To me breast milk is the most important thing I can be giving her right now.
I started cereal at 5.5 months and then at 6 months I started fruit with it and some veggies. I feed her cereal with fruit one day and the next she gets the veggie. She had squash for the first time today and didnt know what to think about it. So far her fav veggie is sweet potatoes.
