After attending a luncheon to learn about Pinypon customized mini dolls, I was ready to jump into the mini caravan and travel to the Pinypon world complete with trips to New York, Paris and London.

Famosa, a leading European based toy company, developed Pinypon to provide children with an easier way to imagine and create with mini dolls for their little hands. The dolls’ interchangeable figures enable children to create new characters and stories. Each doll has removable hair, head, torso, and legs, so children can easily change their dolls’ facial expression, hair color or outfit by easily snapping different parts together. The dolls’ heads also open up to serve as a storage space - an unusual yet practical solution for keeping the doll and her accessories together.

Popular in both Spain and Italy, Pinypon is now introducing their toys in the U.S. In addition to the brand’s attention to creative and imaginative children, they also focus on worldliness. Pinypon does not name their dolls, since every doll’s character is unique to its owner, and by buying dolls from different countries, like France, children learn about the culture there and even how subway system works by reading the mini subway map. For more information on Pinypon, visit http://Pinypon.com and check out their free printable coloring pages and interactive games. You can also keep with up the latest Pinypon news on their Facebook page and Twitter @PinyponUSA.

I like to encourage my kids

I like to encourage my kids to use their imaginations whether it is for playing with their dolls, toys, dressing up or drawing and coloring. We also like to play out scenarios like beauty salon, bank or grocery store. I think it is so important that they are creative and come up with ideas on their own. I feel it also helps them come up with solutions to different problems.

We are always using our imagination during playtime at our house. My 4 year old and 2 year old love to build forts and dress up and pretend to be different people. We also do a lot of arts and crafts projects here.

We have "art time" I use

We have "art time" I use either craft paper or typing paper and a disposable table cloth. I set out a lot of different craft items like glitter, paint, pom poms ,and glue.Using the $1 table cloth saves my table and the child love being able to make their own. After I can gather up left overs .

My daughter is 5, and

My daughter is 5, and creative play is her favorite thing to do. There are several types of creative play that she loves, and I love that she uses her imagination to have fun. Some of the things we do is playing with dolls. My daughter is more into the colorful types of dolls, like the Pinypon dolls, than she is the regular baby dolls. She loves pretending they are her friends and they go on adventures together. Sometimes they even get into trouble! lol! She also loves building blocks, and then pretends it's a castle or a huge tower, and the princess lives there. Dress-up is another favorite, where she can be all different kinds of people. From ballerina, to mommy, to rock star, she has so much fun. She really loves when I put makeup on her to match her costume!

I encourage my daughter to use her imagination as much as possible for playtime. I will either suggest ideas for her, or read a book to her, and she will use those ideas to play.

The Pinypon dolls are adorable, and right up the alley of what my daughter loves. We've not seen them before, and would love to have some! Thanks for the chance to win!

for creative playtime, we

for creative playtime, we sing, dance, color, just about anything to get them thinking! We are going to make a photo collage for a friends wedding this summer, and I'm going to let them do all of the work, and they are very excited! I am also going to teach them how to make greeting cards using photos on the computer, and I cannot wait to see what they come up with!

These tiny dolls are fabulous and would be well played with at our
home.
Many thanks to you!

I try to buy toys that aren't limited to one activity.

My four year old daughter has

My four year old daughter has such an active imagination (right this moment she is sitting in front of the fridge making "magnet art" and singing a made up song . . ) - I love playing "make believe" with her - she gets out a few random toys and pretends they are a family, or playing a game, or having conversations. Sometimes we play "switch" where she pretends to be the parent and I pretend to be the child. We have a lot of fun playing pretend and make believe! These dolls would be perfect for her!

My favorite way to enable

My favorite way to enable creative play is to intermingle all the little parts to all the toys the kids have. I think it makes them think outside the box.
