Simple Wishes Hands Free Breast Pump Bra
Like many nursing Moms, I used a breast pump to allow others (ie: my husband!) to contribute to the feeding experience by giving our babies a bottle. Although I have not nursed in over a year, I distinctly remember how challenging it could be at times to multi-task while pumping, as I tried my best to use that precious alone time to my advantage to catch up on reading or computer work. I never invested in an appropriate nursing bra, and as a result, always found this task to be a big point of tension as I struggled to secure and balance the pump.
I also never found these nursing bras to be very comfortable or flattering. I’ll be honest, when I was in the privacy of my own home (with no one else around) I would not worry too much about what I was (or wasn’t) wearing! But when I found myself out of the house for extended periods of time without my baby, I needed to make sure I wore something that would allow me to easily get into “pump mode”, but at the same time look somewhat presentable under my regular clothes.
Simple Wishes makes a fantastic breast pump bra to help alleviate some of the hassles that Moms (like me) can encounter when pumping, especially working Moms who need to pump while out of the home. I love the back story of Simple Wishes, as four sisters (all Moms themselves) started it themsleves. From their website:
With years of combined experience at Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy behind them, sisters Debra, Lydia, Joy and Keren were seamlessly suited to create and produce this professional-mother-friendly product. Now, with the launch of Simple Wishes, each sister has brought out her unique strength in the areas of apparel production, operations, web design and sales to make this family business thrive.
Hands Free Breast Pump Bra
Boy, do I wish I had this bra when I was nursing, because of all the great features! First off, the innovative design creates a tight seal to allow women to move more freely while pumping. This creates a chance to multitask, spend more time with the kids, or just relax without worrying about slipping.
Made of cotton and spandex, this pink bustier uses a four-layer system to create a strong and stylish support for every unique body. Two front zippers make the breast shields adjustable and the Velcro back panel always ensures a perfect fit as your size changes. We all know how important this feature can be as cup sizing can change by the hour!
The bra can be worn as a halter, tank, or racerback thanks to the versatile straps that help create a secure fit and comfort for each style. I love that feature, as I always found my standard nursing bras to be so limited in styling.
Moms can forget about other complicated and irritating options because this award-winning bra works with any electric pump that you may currently have. Also, wearing and adjusting this soft bra only requires 3 easy steps to complete. This presents a must-have for Moms during the nursing stage.

I would love to win. I have pumped in cars, bathrooms, you name it. I tried making my own version of something like this and it was a disaster. I typically used my nursing cover and just pulled my shirt up. I was such a pain holding the pump to myself. This would have made pumping and traveling much easier.

I need a bra like this! It's
I need a bra like this! It's a challenge trying to pump and hold my five month old baby girl at the same time. She is at the age where she is more than helpful. It happens every time that I set myself up to pump and have everything set up and then she wakes up once I have started and is demanding in her cute little way that she needs me to pick her up. Of course her chubby little fingers instantly and unknowingly pull the tubes out of the bottles causing me to juggle her and two bottles of milk. At the same time both her siblings come in to make their requests for their needs! I juggle it all! Only something a mom could do! Help make my life easier! Thanks

I had to pump because my son
I had to pump because my son wouldn't latch on. This would be a great way for me to pump and still take care of him. For the first year of his life, I was all he had. It is quite difficult to pump and take care of a newborn. As result of this, I only pumped for 6 weeks. This would make it easier to continue after baby #2 is here.
When my son was a baby, I had
When my son was a baby, I had to pump at work, standing up in a bathroom. I was so bored for those 20 minutes! If I had a hands free bra for my next lil' guy, I could totally work on client files, read a magazine, do quantam physics, heck maybe even have a few minutes of uninterrupted time with Words with Friends! I would LOVE this!
This would be amazing! During
This would be amazing! During my son's first year, I pumped (couldn't nurse) the WHOLE year, and I figured I lost out on lots of "play" time with him since I had to sit still for 30 minutes for each pumping session (4-8 day). I also still had a supplement since I struggled with my milk supply and my son was (and still is) tall and big for his age. I'm REALLY hoping to win this so I can have a better option next time!
