On a recent Friday morning, I was invited to attend a brunch held by Arbor Mist and hosted by Jennifer Sbranti, the Hostess with the Mostess, at the gorgeous Rooftop Garden Room at the Gramercy Park Hotel. As an avid brunch fan, I was thrilled to attend. Seriously, I will travel anywhere at any time of the morning to have brunch with friends or family.

The setting was beautiful with three tables delicately set up with decorations all made by Jennifer. Taking inspiration from the fresh and fruity wines, the decorations, from the place cards, napkin rings, and menus to the centerpieces and hanging flowers, featured bright patterns of greens and purples.

With the backdrop of a simple white tablecloths and garden setting, the Hostess demonstrated how the decorations were assembled with no fuss and with easy, printable patterns, which she shared with the guests to inspire our own party. Simple touches such as gluing a ribbon to a paper lantern gave the illusion of a complicated craft and would never have occurred to me.

While enjoying our meal, we sipped on the Arbor Mist White Pear Pinot Grigio and Blackberry Merlot wines, each paired with a course. The fruit flavors of the wine really picked up on the accents in each of the types. Although very sweet, they were a refreshing taste for a morning brunch with friends.
