Kraft Foods: Peanut Butter Fudge Swirl Pie
For a while now I have been receiving weekly email newsletters from Kraft Foods. I honestly haven't paid a lot of attention to them because I get so much email. But this week I opened it up and realized that I have been seriously missing out.
It started with a picture and link to one recipe (peanut butter & fudge swirl pie). Wow! Then once I got to the website I realized that they have so much more to offer.
Sure, they have lots of great recipes, but they also have meal planning tools, a kids section and much more. I decided then and there that it must be shared with all of you.
Kraft Foods Peanut Butter & Fudge Swirl Pie

Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
- 1/4 cup hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
Directions:
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Whisk in Cool Whip.
- Spoon into crust. Drizzle with fudge topping; swirl gently with knife.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
