Review: Splenda with Fiber
Did you know that the average adult should consume 25 grams of fiber a day, but only gets 13? How much do you get? I try my best to boost my fiber every single day, through eating whole wheat products, lots of fruits and veggies, and any food products that are high in fiber per serving.
You might be wondering why fiber is so good for you.

I tried the new Splenda with Fiber and LOVE it. It tastes exactly the same as the regular Splenda, yet as the additional benefit of having fiber. There is one gram of fiber PER packet of Splenda. Each packet sweetens like two teaspoons of sugar.
This is truly awesome. I already eat a decent amount of fiber and now by using Splenda with Fiber, I am getting more fiber in my diet and this can only be a good thing for my overall health.
