LEGO Universe update: Forbidden Valley Dragon Raceway and Nexus Tower opens

Hey folks! I want to talk about two fantastic new features in LEGO Universe. The first one is the Forbidden Valley Dragon Raceway, an awesome, but also very hard, new race track. This new track has sharp turns, no edges, and is crawling with maelstrom. Plus, if you want, you can purchase some brand new race cars from the vendor right there on the LEGO Universe site. For those wondering how to get there, the track is in Forbidden Valley and all you have to do is find the jumper near the ronin area by the praying mantis pets.

Nexus Tower opens!

The second new feature at LEGO Universe is the Nexus Tower, a tower built to protect the source of all imagination. A little while ago you could donate all the bricks you want in the nexus jawbox in nimbus station by the race place. When you donated bricks you got achievements and were rewarded with faction tokens, S.N.A.C.K.S. and gear.

Nexus Tower’s completed  and has a lot of features. You can deposit models and gear into a personal safe and later take the items out. Also, there are over 50 new missions! Another feature is that you finally get to meet your faction leader. And, there will be faction gear, faction pets and updated launch pads. The coolest thing (in my opinion) is that one of the vendors sells items that you got from past achievements and may have sold or traded.

These releases, the most dangerous race place and largest, most intricate structure yet, make LEGO Universe way cooler than ever before. I need to go explore and sharpen up on my racing skills, and who knows, maybe I’ll see you in the game!
