Build a Dream
It never failed when my kids were young that an oversized packing box created much more excitement than whatever came inside the box. While they may not have played with whatever gift we got them right away, we couldn’t be that upset because it was amazing and entertaining to watch them burst with creativity, letting their imaginations and that box take them places that no toy ever could. Out came markers, scissors, crayons, flashlights, snacks, pillows and blankets, as part of the big box project. And by the way, no adults allowed!
The founder of Build a Dream Playhouses noticed that his son also preferred his gift boxes over the actual presents inside. This inspired him to
develop cardboard playhouses that actually withstand playtime and allow children to add their own creative whimsical and personal touches. Build a Dream offers six different playhouse options, two of which go from folded to fully useable within seconds. The space ship even comes with handles so your child can soar around the back yard on expeditions in space.
All of the designs come in white with black outlines, so kids can decide exactly how they want their dream playhouse to look. From cars or to a castle of their own , kids can draw, paint, sticker and glue their way into an extraordinary creation of their own.
Remember making forts of your own? What have your kids done with boxes in your house?
