Being on the run all the time isn\'t great for anyone, especially a child. It\'s important to remember to choose carefully and slow down a bit. When kids have downtime everyday, they learn to thrive on spontaneity and creativity.

so lately, i have not had much down time at all. I have been working really late but when the kids go to bed, my husband and i stay up, drink some wine and watch a movie. We even play some poker for a while and just hang out. Nothing too big, but definitely allows me to have some me time !
