My dr. sent me for an ultrasound this week because last week she said I was measuring bigger than the week I was in. So I went yesterday and they said its still a girl she is head down and ready to go when its time (lets hope she stays there) and my fluid was also fine so everything was good. she is already 6 lbs and I have 5 weeks left.

It was the cutest thing she was sucking on her hand while they were doing the ultrasound, just like the newborns do when they try to find there hand and then suck on the back of it and then all of a sudden you saw her catch her thumb and start sucking it. It was amazing I could have sat there and watched all day. So, so far so good and we will see what my Dr. says when I go on Thurs.

I'm glad everything is still looking good. Just a few more weeks to go and you will have her in your arms.

That is good that everything is looking fine. I know you are probably ready to have her. The last few weeks always seem to drag on! What name did you decide? I know you have talked about it, but I can't remember.

We are naming her Ava and we are 99% sure that the middle name will be Sophia.

How precious. I am glad everything is okay. Babies are so precious. I cannot wait to see pictures of her. I love the name you chose. My husband did not like Sophie, but I think it is such a cute name. I hope all goes well with L&D!

Before Elizabeth was born, I could feel something rubbing and pushing against my right pelvic bone. Her head was on the left facing the right. After she was born, she would put her thumb in her mouth with her left hand and hold it in there with the right. The doctor laughed and said she was so good at it that she must have been doing it for a while. I realized that is what I felt pushing against my bone.

I was just reading about a baby found in a trash can. Police followed a trail of blood and arrested the mother. The baby was only hours old. I just cannot understand why someone would do something like that. It makes you wonder how many babies were never found.
