Changing Email 5 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 4  
We are changing email accounts and I am not able to update the email address in my profile. Instead of updating, I get a strange web page. Is it possible to update my email address without creating a new account?

Hi Jen,

Sorry for making you wait! I'm not sure where the strange web page is coming from; when you go into your profile, you should be able to change your email address under "Edit Your Details." If that's giving you some kind of error though, I might be able to change your email through the administrator section. If it still doesn't work, you can email me at christine@momcentral.com and I can try to help you that way.

I have done that and it will not work. When I press "submit" it takes me to a weird page. WIll you try to change it? It is the same email, except earthlink.net needs to be changed to gmail.com.

No problem! I went in and changed it. It looks to me like it worked, but check and make sure it did actually change. I'll try to figure out where that weird page is coming from too.
