Holding his poopoo 7 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 6
When Elijah is in big boy undies he won't go #2 in his undies or on the toilet. He just holds it until I put a diaper on him for naps or bedtime. The other day he held it the entire day and didn't go until yesterday. When I see him go and hide I suggest we sit on the potty to poop but he still won't go. How can I get him to not hold it besides putting a diaper on him?

I wish I had some advise for you, but Lauren has been potty training for two months now and still won't go poop on the toilet. I've noticed that if we are out and about she will hold her poop until we are home. She has no problem pooping in her panties though. I've just given up forcing her to poop on the toilet. I'm hoping she will do it on her own soon.

Good luck. Potty training is no fun at all.

If I know that Sophie has to go then I put her on the potty and give her a book. Then I tell her when she is done to tell me but she cant get up until she goes. This was about a month ago and now she tells me when she has to go and even asks for a book to look at lol.

Owen did the same thing. But my only thing was I quit potty training him, he was 2.5 and finally just before he was 3 he did it himself.

I'm having the same problem with Ashley....only we stopped pull-ups at nap & only use them at bedtime so she poops in her big girl pants...ALL THE TIME I have no idea what to do, but if you find something that works please let me know!
