Yesterday I was over at my mom's house and Lauren finally pooped on the toilet!!! I was so excited and made a huge deal about it, but then today she has pooped in her panties twice. I don't get it. I thought after doing it once that it would give her more ammunition for doing it again, but I guess I was wrong. Hopefully she will just start doing it more.

Way to go!!!!! That is great!!!! How in the world did you get her to do it the first time? I still can't get Ashley to do it!

I noticed that she was standing akwardly so I assumed she was trying to poop. I told her "Lauren if you have to go poop lets go sit on the toilet and I'll give you a piece of chocolate." Then I pushed her to the bathroom and she did it. Now the trick is I have to be watching her body language really closely to determine if she is about to poop. This morning she just sat down and by the time I got to her she had already pooped in her panties.
